The 2013 Armory Show officially commences tomorrow with the Press Preview and introduction by New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg and along with the multitude of participants, guests and visitors alike will get to experience the site-specific project of this years commissioned artist, Liz Magic Laser. I recently met with Liz at her studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn at the Marie Walsh Sharpe Foundation. We spoke about the project, her working with Armory staff and how she arrived at The Focus Group.
